I needed a very customised alarm system with multiple zones and users, different types of sensors, and a high degree of flexibility. Gardsec was able to meet all my requirements at a competitive price. I also requested for some changes to the configuration after I placed the initial order and Gardsec was able to accommodate my additional request in a timely fashion and at no extra cost. I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the excellent, effective, polite & extremely reasonably priced servce we had last week. You managed to put back into action our complex intruder alarm system which had been “condemmed” by several other companies. I was really impressed by how much trouble you took to sort the problem, which noone else has been able to solve. Had I not followed a recommendation from a friend to call you I would have been facing installing a whole new burglar alarm system of several thousand pounds.
