Our Gardtec CPX wireless burglar alarm ( from Risco Group ) system suddenly jammed in the middle of the night and kept going off - it was only Gardsec that answered the telephone at 3am and came to our rescue! My recent house move meant I inherited an old alarm with no access code. All the PIR sensors in the house appeared to function but the alarm was completely unusable. So I contacted Gardsec Ltd to discuss my options. I was delighted. There is no hard sell, just plain old fashioned logic and common sense; yes, I could have the current alarm serviced and ‘set back to default' with my own new access code, yes, I could have a new alarm system, but use my original sensors and, yes, I could have a new alarm with new sensors. The advantages of the new alarm system are upgradeability, ability to have telephone access and even IP access, but best of all a set of personal ‘keyfobs' for easy setting and unsetting - instead of having to enter a PIN, we can simply swipe in and out! Brilliant! Gardsec are flexible, listen to YOUR requirements and have a ‘can do' attitude. What more can you ask for?

We contacted Gardsec and asked them to upgrade and install a new alarm in our house and they did an excellent job, turning up on time, installing the alarm with no mess or hassle and providing an excellent after sales service - with there engineer even taking a phone call at 6 in the morning while in the airport to help talk me through resetting the system! I would like to personally recognise and recommend Gardsec following their quick + exceptional service in resolving an issue with my home alarm system at 7am on a Sunday morning. Having sent an email via their website, with little expectation of a response, I received a call back within 15 minutes + an engineer was at my home 30 minutes later. The engineer in question - Janos - is a credit to Gardsec. He quickly diagnosed the issue, helped to explain the problem and furthermore he exceeded expectations by spending time optimizing my home alarm system for future use.
It's very rare to come across such quality service in the UK - I will, without hesitation, call Gardsec in future for any home security-related issues.

I wanted a wireless burglar alarm system that wouldn't be activated by my cats. Gardsec (Fire & Security) Ltd was the only contractor who took care to meet my needs in the most cost-efficient way rather than simply sell me there stock items. Since then he has provided excellent service, either instructing me over the phone if there was any problem or coming at short notice when builders blew the system.
